What is HY.Q?
HY.Q is a modern sports drink designed to replace what you sweat. Light, clean, easy drinking, and built around the electrolytes your body actually loses when you move. It comes in a crushable 12oz aluminum can in three flavors.
What is actually in a can?
Every can has 385mg of electrolytes (sodium from Himalayan pink salt, plus potassium, magnesium, and calcium), 5g of organic cane sugar for a touch of sweetness, natural flavor, and water. That is it. No dyes, no fillers, no fake ingredients.
How many calories and how much sugar is in one can?
30 calories and 5g of sugar per 12oz can, all from organic cane sugar. We kept it light on purpose. Too much sugar is the number one reason people skip sports drinks, so we built HY.Q to give you what you need without the sugar bomb.
Does HY.Q have any caffeine?
No caffeine. HY.Q is built for hydration, not for a buzz. Drink it whenever, even before bed.
What flavors do you make?
Three to start: Berry Blend, Cool Citrus, and Lemon Lime. We launched a small lineup on purpose because one taste is not enough to move a category. Each flavor was built to be the one you actually want to reach for again.
When should I drink HY.Q?

HY.Q is made with simple, clean ingredients (water, organic cane sugar, natural flavor, and electrolytes) and contains no caffeine. That said, every pregnancy is different, so we always recommend checking with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine.
Why a can instead of a powder packet or a plastic bottle?

Who started HY.Q and why?
